Actually I think in Texas I think it's only legal to kill potatoe thieves if you shoot them, you'd get in trouble with a land mine.

Unfortunitly I live in Maryland. Where someone can kick open someone elses door and inform them that they need to vacate while their house is robbed, and they best not have left anything to trip on, or it'll be lawsuit time.

Also, it depends on the house you break into. If you die, then the homeowners are okay. So its in fact better that should you enter my home. I make sure you don't live through the experience.

If it was self defense then that means my rights were in danger. So I had the right of self defense. Its also his word vs mine and well, he's not with us anymore...
