Actually, the location wasn't mentioned. It was just a short piece of the three sitting down and discussing the day, its origins and how it's mainly a reason to get drunk off one's arse.

Although Han does question why it's get drunk off your arse when you usually end up on it.

Why do assume there was a bar fight? Han Solo was involved, and the one known instance of him getting into a fight in a bar lasted about a millisecond.
