Warcraft 'Demons' should be classified as aliens, so...fell hounds and dreadlords.

Along that line, the daemons from 40K fit in nicely with this thread.

Those plastic aliens in Dr. Who were interesting too.

The Immortal God-Emperor of Mankind. Seeing as he isn't truely human.

FOR THE EMPEROR!

Is he really that strange, though? I mean, sure, he's a three metre tall immortal god, but he's still pretty human.

Along that line, the C'tan definitely qualify as strange.

They're not that strange. Just androids really. For W40k I would go with Orks and their reproductive abilities over Necrons. But Orks aren't that unique. Ur-Quan Masters had some creatures similiar to Orks too. But these things were more along the lines of flying pigs and they released toxins which destroyed the planet they lived on. That's a bit stranger too.

Technicaly the Necrons are just uber-advanced robots with the souls of the Necrontyr shoved into them. Not too sure if they'd actualy count.

Alien, from Alien. A very strange parasite like creature.
