Said coutry exists. Monaco. However, considering you live there tax-free having the nationality of Monaco, you may not go to certain parts of the country, such as the casino. And the whole coutry is like 2 square kilometres.

I think Kuwait is tax free for true Kuwaities. They have different levels of nationality though.

Thanks, Monroe.

We have to go eventually, IMHO. The Earth's the cradle of humanity... and all children outgrow the cradle. In order to get something out of space travel, we must go out and establish our presence.

Well, we'll naturaly need to go sometime. Earth simply can't support a rapidly increasing population indefinitely.
