Oddly enough, "Gay Hitler" was one of my voice routines, back when I was funny. Used to crack people up at parties.
"Sieg heil, big boy!" and so forth.

The new musical (and subsequent film) is good, but the 1968 movie is pure genius.

I much preferred his appearence as a movie extra in the studio canteen in Blazing Saddles.
