Oh a comment on voting when you aren't sure or aren't well informed.
Vote for somebody at the bottom of the list. See they've found that when faced with something they weren't prepared for, like say who to elect for comptroller or Judge, they will tend to vote for people higher up on the list (for example they may vote for the first name they see that they recognize, is from their party, or sounds like it's the same sex they are or whatever).
Therefore by voting for someone lower on the list you cancel out some idiot and hopefully people who did their homework will carry the day.
