@ Tsu - I was watching the news, and my knowledge of Texan geography completely failed me. Is Hell's Gate or Possum Kingdom anywhere near you?
For that matter, is there some serial killer linked with Possum Kingdom to have inspired the song?

Don't know about that second part, but Possum Kingdom is up by Dallas, a few hundred miles from me. I am only a few dozen miles away from some of the neighboring counties experiencing these wildfires, though.

I wish the circumstances were better, but I love her, so it's okay.
She's the hot one on your facebook and myspace pages, right?

If I hadn't included her name, I'd say you need to be more specific.Mark wrote:She's the hot one on your facebook and myspace pages, right?
H-A-L-E-Y. Not H-A-Y-L-E-Y.
They're both beautiful, but one is my roommate. The other is not.

Now managed to get myself all legal to go Moped. It's surprising what the little thing will do. Plus, in Gosport at least, cars have marginal amount of respect for me at least, they appear to. And parking is free in all the public car parks.
I love cheap motoring.

It's EU law. The bike will do 50 without a problem, but the EU law requires that a 16 year old cannot ride anything above 50KM (32mph) so ALL the bike manufacturers make 50cc limited just for ease. I can remove it but I'd have to be 17 and I'd have to reregister the bike for a new licence plate because its registered as a restricted 50cc with a certain horsepower (limitation).

If a police man (and believe me we have a lot patrolling this area) can see that my ped (which is registered on their in-car computers) as a 32MPH ped doing 40 odd, they are gonna pull me ![Razz :P](./images/smilies/icon_razz.gif)

Well, that's why you don't go over in areas in which you know the bacon hangs around. Boy, don't they teach anything about driving over there? ![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Hah! In an area such as Gosport, they hang around EVERYWHERE. We've got ourselves a reputation. I just looked at a PDF from the NHS about my area. Highest teenage pregnancy in southern england, through-the-roof rates of underage alcoholism, high rate of drugs and even higher rate of youth traffic offenses.Mikey wrote:Well, that's why you don't go over in areas in which you know the bacon hangs around. Just shows they're all foolish enough to get caught.

That was also notable. Pathetic GCSE (high school grade) achievement levels. Not many bright people round here.
