No, these murder rates are through the roof:

# 1 Colombia: 0.617847 per 1,000 people
# 2 South Africa: 0.496008 per 1,000 people
# 3 Jamaica: 0.324196 per 1,000 people
# 4 Venezuela: 0.316138 per 1,000 people
# 5 Russia: 0.201534 per 1,000 people
# 6 Mexico: 0.130213 per 1,000 people
# 7 Estonia: 0.107277 per 1,000 people
# 8 Latvia: 0.10393 per 1,000 people
# 9 Lithuania: 0.102863 per 1,000 people
# 10 Belarus: 0.0983495 per 1,000 people

Ours is high. I won't deny that, but perspective Seafort, it's important. I mean compared to Japan there's practically blood running in the streets of the UK.
Which I specifically admitted.
Yes, but given that your crime rate is about 6% higher than the US's trying to say our crime rate makes us a third world wanna be is rather disingenuous.
Linky

It's a huge great thread, but it makes the point scarily clear. Both KS and SVPD are serving US police.
Speeding tickets? Seriously? My god man, I think I just shit myself. Cops are not writing everyone they pull over a ticket!? What's next, will jaywalkers go unpunished? Rampant loitering, tags being ripped off mattress?! ANARCHY! Yeah, compared to a real third world hell hole where drug cartels own the police or the police are the ones responsible for half the crimes in the country cops not writing family members tickets is about as inconsequential as you can get on the corruption scale.
Actually, it is.
Again Seafort, get some perspective. This is asinine even for you. Whether or not you agree with the death penalty, personally I'm on the fence leaning towards it being pointless, we're talking about 30 to 40 people per year who are convicted by a jury of their peers beyond a reasonable doubt of heinous crimes. They're given multiple appeals, multiple reviews of the case, and only then are they executed. Again, compared to an actual third world hell hole where looking at the wrong official funny will get shot in the head on their whim and where due process consists of a guy with a gun deciding you look guilty or he just doesn't feel like actually figuring things out?

Amazing, isn't it? :angel1:
Everything I post and that's what you respond to? Your total inability to understand that when words have multiple definitions you use the one that's most appropriate for the context? You're a total waste of bandwidth.
