Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
Ashok is a psyker, as well as having experience with a number of different types of alien technology - including psychic or necromantic technology - so he wouldn't react too badly. Phebes is from a chapter that uses psykers, so his mind wouldn't be blown, though he may be more suspicious.

Well... that pretty much clears it up. Thanks, Deep and Mikey.Deepcrush wrote:They are living machines... much like Huron-Fel.
Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
So my thinking on this is Fwiffo has the Ultimate Evassor which can kill Replicators. We get that, Rochey makes that post he promissed nearly a month ago, we contact the Vortigon and we get out of here. Halflife 2, while the setting seems like it would be fun, seems to be a dead zone far as creativity. So faster we're out the better I think. And on to our Dune Adventure.

None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

Agreed. I don't know jack about HL2.

So are we going to pull out of HL2? I wanted to know what the plan was before I posted anything.

Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
Plan is for someone to notice what Fwiffo's thing does and how it could be used against the Replicators, and probably defeat the Ur-Quan fleet in the same post.
Rochey or Tsuki and my group on the ground can be led to the resistance. maybe have a shoot out with Civil Protection before we flee.
So.. that's like 3 or 4 more posts. Deep if you want to post maybe the Civil Protection begin to track the teams somehow and we have to fight?

I set it up earlier so that Dothude could set off some "minor booms" in the city and Huron is just waiting for the shooting to start.

Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
I'm gonna get a post up later today where we find one of the Resistance bases. That should get things moving.

I'll get a post up at some point finishing off the Ur'Quan fleet. I can do the discovery of Fwiffo's device, I just need to re-read through all the details of it.
