Crossover OOC Discussion
Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
I added onto my post to contain the objectives of our first mission. Basically we'll be up against some guys with staffs that shoot laser like things called Jaffa and some guys in armor that act like terminators and are immune to anything but kinetic energy called Kull.
How many Minbari does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

The Jaffa will be easy enough to take care of. My dreadnought alone could cut down hundreds of them. The only limit is ammo and time.
Terminators (Films) or Terminators (40k)?

Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
Pfft, silly unergonomic weapons that are inferior to P-90s against a team of supersoldiers, including what's basicaly a walking tank?
Oh, there'll be a slaughter....![Twisted Evil ](./images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif)

uh films. They're pretty tough but yeah Jaffa are easy. Decided to go with the easiest first.Deepcrush wrote:The Jaffa will be easy enough to take care of. My dreadnought alone could cut down hundreds of them. The only limit is ammo and time.

Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
Notes for my dreadnought...
Will need ammo - that can replicated easy enough.
Power core - Rhinox can build one. Very similar to the mass power drives that the Transformers use.
Armor repair is badly needed! - You guys should get on that too.
Drop pod - I'm a little heavy around the mid section for a shuttle...![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Oh, if their from the Movies then thats easy enough as well. The biggest threat will be Skynet style tanks. We are a good bit short on tank killers here.Monroe wrote:uh films. Well they aren't actual terminators. They're like super Jaffa. Same crappy tactics and everything. Though visiting a Terminator world in the future might be a good ideaDeepcrush wrote:Oh, if their from the Movies then thats easy enough as well. The biggest threat will be Skynet style tanks. Rhinox is already working on the power core and armor plating, Deep. Never fear when he's around.Deepcrush wrote:Notes for my dreadnought...

Jurgen's got his melta. Those things can fry 40K tanks pretty nicely. Only problem will be getting close enough, due to their short range.Deepcrush wrote:Oh, if their from the Movies then thats easy enough as well. The biggest threat will be Skynet style tanks. In that case, they'll be easy as well. Even a super jaffa is about as tough as a frenchmen in battle.Monroe wrote:Well they aren't actual terminators. They're like super Jaffa. Same crappy tactics and everything. Though visiting a Terminator world in the future might be a good idea

Re: Crossover OOC Discussion
Are we talking about Anubis' Kull Wariors?
They're fairly resilient, with rapid-fire weapons built into their wrist armour. IIRC, they go down to C4 but are resilient to most forms of hand weapons, so we'll be needing some heavy weapons there.
