Book: Titan: Over a Torrent Sea
Who read it? I liked it quite a bit more than Sword of Damocles (though I need to read it again, as I've forgotten all about it). Interesting idea of intelligent bio-mechanics.
I'll let others be the first to post spoilers, but def. worth the read.
Any other opinions?

Don't you hear my call, though you're many years away, don't you hear me calling you?
Re: Book: Titan: Over a Torrent Sea
Actually, I haven't read any of the Titan books. I can't explain it, but they bother me, and I can't say why

They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

I like most aspects of them, and I'm happy that the franchise is continuing, and integrated into all the other book series as well... SCE, Destiny Trilogy, etc.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. Orion's Hounds is still my favorite by far in the series but I still consider it money well spent.

Welcome to the site, Tyrr.
For the record, I've never read them myself, either.

Welcome to the DITL Tyrr. I can't explain my reluctance to read the series. It's kind of odd. But I really liked Destiny, so maybe I should give it a chance.

Welcome, Tyyr.
I liked it. The Squales were pretty neat. And interesting PD twist there, too. And cool the book got away with full frontal nudity on the cover.![Razz :P](./images/smilies/icon_razz.gif)

Yeah. Riker had sex with her earlier in his career. She's an ensign now and the chief navigator.

When a man and a Selkie love each other very much...
Seriously, her species goes through stages of life, one where they breathe air.
