Hmmm. I know my state's DYFS (Division of Youth and Family Services) policies, and they don't do ANYTHING unless there's more than one good reason. In fact, even where there is a good reason they still like to do nothing. Something beyond an offensive naming convention must be going on in that home.

Yeah, I'd guess that the propensity to use that for a name probably indicates other issues.
