A ship's captain who visited Deep Space Nine in 2369, Jaheel was unimpressed by Chief O'Brien's efforts to keep the station running effectively. When a Bajoran terrorist device infected the population with aphasia, Jaheel tried to escape the station rather than stay to become sick. [1]
