A holoprogram created by Voyager's crew to help the EMH deal with an alien life form which had attached itself to Lieutenant Torres, the Moset program was distrusted by many of the crew because his physical appearence and personality was patterned after the original Moset, a Cardassian doctor who was accused of participating in criminal acts against the Bajoran people during the occupation. The program was deleted by the EMH, who was reluctant to help his patients using knowledge which had been obtained unethically. [1]
