Jabin was a Kazon Maje in command of a small group on the Ocampa homeworld. He captured Kes when she travelled to the surface of her planet, but was forced to release her by Neelix. Jabin's ships attacked Voyager to prevent it from using the Caretaker's array to return home, prompting Captain Janeway to destroy the structure. [1]
