An alien woman whom Captain Archer ecnoutered during his visit to Risa in 2152. Keyla was in fact a Tandaran intelligence operative who attempted to probe Archer for information concerning the Suliban. He discovered the plan, but Keyla was able to drug him and escape. [1]
