A Vulcan psychologist, Fer'at visited the NX-01 in 2153 after Archer informed Admiral Forrest and Ambassador Soval that the attack on Earth had been carried out as a result of interference from the future. Although he claimed to be there to examine Archer for signs of pyritic radiation effects, in fact he was conducting a psychological evaluation in an attempt to determine if he had become mentally unbalanced.
