A Starfleet Intelligence officer, Chadwick was Chief O'Brien's handler when he worked undercover on Farius Prime to penetrate the orion Syndicate. Chadwick was more than happy to let the Klingons kill the men O'Brien exposed, but O'Brien knocked him unconcious to get enough time to convince Bilby to leave the planet. [1]
