A Tholian, Eskrene [The Ruby] was a member of the Tholian ruling body. In 2265 she took part in a discussion on the Political Castemoot Sublink of the Tholian telepathic lattice concerning the Federation intrusion into the Taurus Reach, agreeing with Azrene [The Violet] that that Tholia's laws restricting colonisation of the Taurus Reach were obsolete and should be ignored. She was in the middle of her comment when a massively powerful alien thought pulse disrupted the lattice. [1]
