Actually watching that jump around right now is interesting. Edwards was beating Obama when I started this thread.
However does anyone from the US know why they are still voting for people who have dropped out of the race.
I think even the British know Giuliani dropped out!
The only theory I have at this point is that the ballots were made well ahead of time with all the candidates. And people, for some reason, are selecting them.
Is there some weird advantage to that for a candidate or is this just taking "throwing your vote away" to new levels?

Though it looks like there are weird rules on this stuff. Poking around when he dropped out he had 26 delegates. 10 went to Hillary and Obama but it soundsl ike he gets to pick the other 16.
So I wonder if it's possible to rack up more. Sort of like voting to let Edwards pick who gets to be the candidate for you.
It would get interesting if in the end who the candidates are is decided by who Edwards and Huckabee want to see running.
That would narrow down who the vice presidential candidates are quick though.
