About, well, "Blunt Talk," the new comedy series on STARZ featuring our beloved Patrick Stewart. I just watched the first two episodes of the series which premieres this coming Saturday (yes, I am a Time Lord.) Quite a departure for Sir Patrick, but IMHO a very good performance with a quietly contributory supporting cast. Stewart certainly displays his range here, yet gets the opportunity to throw in a bit of Shakespeare once or twice. Plus, the show gets bonus points for a cameo by Brent Spiner.

A couple of pearls of... er... wisdom, maybe? - from Sir Patrick, gleaned from a round of "Never Have I Ever" with a couple of "Blunt Talk" castmates -

Q: "Have you ever gotten drunk at a classy event?"
Patrick: "Ask James Corden."

Q: "Have you ever gotten drunk in public?"
Patrick: "Point of order! What do you mean by 'public?'"

Q: "Have you ever woken up not knowing where you are?"
Patrick: "Most weeks, actually."
