Update 19:44 UTC : The maximum shaking as reported by JMA Japan is JMA4.
Based on our experience with Japanese earthquakes, earthquake-report.com considers JMA 5+ intensity as a potentially dangerous shaking.
JMA4 translates in the following :
* Most people are startled.
* Hanging objects such as lamps swing significantly.
* Unstable ornaments may fall.

Update 19:44 UTC : There is NO SHAKING OR TSUNAMI RISK FOR FUKUSHIMA – A Tsunami advisory is the lower Tsunami alarm and tells people to stay away from the beaches.
There is NO tsunami alarm for the Pacific Ocean, Alaska and the US West Coast
