SourceA New York grocery worker who shares the same name as a deported drug offender is suing the NYPD for $1million, after being wrongly arrested on four occasions.
Jose Delacruz went so far as to carry a certified court document with him that explains that he is not the drug dealer known as 'El Torro', but it did not stop the NYPD from taking him into custody for a fourth time.
The man has epic patience to only now be leveling a lawsuit.
