Is there hope for Texas? In a ruling on an asbetos-related lawsuit, the written decision of the court quotes "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few."

I'm not sure they were quoting Spock explicitly. It's a phrase that most people have heard of, even if they've never seen Trek.

Why? If his mother is U.S. citizen, he can legally apply for citizenship without much problem. His doctorate and lack of criminal record will make him a likely fast-tracked candidate.
