Is is possible to use one install CD on multiple computers?
Because, while XP is fine for me, I want to eventually (as in after Nick fully tests it) switch to 7. But I don't want to buy another CD.
I've heard rumors that once windows is activated on one machine, it cannot be activated on another with the same install CD.

Re: Windows Installation
Well it would be illegal, you need a fully licensed copy of Windows for each machine you run it on. As for the CD that's not the issue. We have a CD in work that is able to install on as many machines we have licenses for. It's not the media that's the limit it's the license key.stitch626 wrote:Is is possible to use one install CD on multiple computers?
