Free care clinic for Houston's uninsured - on TV this morning, Dr. Oz expected it to be the largest mobilization of health care workers since the Katrina refugee camps were set up.

They set these up occasionally. Its always nice to see them up but they never have one near me :(

I saw a news report about how this relief agency called Remote Area Medical set up a free clinic in LA and got swamped with demand.

And naturally, they set this up with no real advance warning. Leia and I would both have benefited from this, if she weren't in the situation she's in.
