Free care clinic for Houston's uninsured - on TV this morning, Dr. Oz expected it to be the largest mobilization of health care workers since the Katrina refugee camps were set up.

I saw
a news report about how this relief agency called Remote Area Medical set up a free clinic in LA and got swamped with demand.

And naturally, they set this up with no real advance warning. Leia and I would both have benefited from this, if she weren't in the situation she's in.
