Fictional Nibiru Scenerio

Alright so I really like watching conspiracy and alternate theories. Not that I believe them mind you. Though I do thing some are slightly more credible than others. And that thread about the stupidest arguments you've heard got me thinking.
Nibiru, when I first heard about it, was suppose to come around at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, around 2100. Now because of the 2012 thing people are saying its going to come at 2012. But be it that or be it a Gamma Ray burst, which is the other major theory behind 2012 what would you do in a fictional scenario where one or the other happens?
A disaster that occurs once every 3600 years for the Nibiru theory (which I put the least credit in since its suppose to happen at 2100!) Or once every 24,500 years for the Gamma Ray Burst theory. Pick either/or and tell me what you would do to survive?
Remember life on Earth does continue. However supposedly there will be mass extinctions, especially for the Gamma Ray Burst, earth quakes if its Nibiru, and tidal waves (why those have to do with Gamma Ray bursts I don't know). The poles are suppose to shift too-- rather or not its a complete shift I don't know, and Volcanoes are suppose to erupt. So maybe Yellow Stone and some other super volcanoes magically go off. So Earth is not uninhabitable but civilization would collapse.
