wow, that's messed up...maybe it's me, but just reading that article I'm suspecting some kind of foul play going on with the whole story, either something drastic happened to her on the way home or something a lot worse was happening at that campsite and everyone else is trying to cover that up, but that's just my perception

If anyone ever wants to know why I'm not a fan of alcohol, well there you go. Personally I think anyone who gets behind the wheel of a car drunk should be charged with attempted murder. They're playing Russian roulette with everyone else's lives.

Because usually, they aren't in their right mind. And usually aren't thinking enough to get the keys, and drive it around the city and hitting people.

But their thinking clearly enough to get the rifle and ammo and then find a spot?

Yeah, it depends on their aim too. If it is to inflict damage on a certain person, then they may grab the ammo and gun just to get that one person, and end up killing a lot of others in the process.
