All airline flights have a captain and a first officer. Some of the older aircraft have flight engineers as well. If the flight is over 8 hours scheduled then they will have a relief pilot. On some of the longer hauls they will have more. I don't do that type of flying so I don't know the exact details, it doesn't appeal to me.
