She breaked with left foot when a car came up behind her....

I know not to do that? I've only driven a car once?! (private ground, no license required. No, i did not steal my mothers car....The Focus is too heavy :)

What's the issue, again? I always use both feet to drive. Right foot gas, left foot brake, and/or clutch. :?

she's lied in court under oath, because the driving instructor is clearly freaked out. I wouldn't believe that dumb cow for a minute, left foot braking?! insane.

So, what foot do you use for braking? The same foot you use for the accelerator?

(yes, I know what the standard is. I can't drive that way.)

Yes, your supposed to use your right foot for the gas and brake and only use the left if you drive a manual.

I know. Funny thing about my legs is, they don't work that well. I can't count on my right being able to move quickly enough, so I use my left to brake.

That's fine, disabled folk need to drive just as much as regular ones.

Tsu, you never said you used to drive a taxi in NYC! Two-foot driving is standard among those guys - with auto transmissions.

Anyway - is this guy American? :P His company has to be bonded for that sort of thing. In the US, at least, we have "assumed risk" or "occupational hazard" regulations. Sure, he should be compensated, but he shouldn't be able to litigate.

No, he's scottish.

He'll put on his kilt, bash her over the head with a bottle of whiskey, roar something indecipherable and leave the building.

Stereotypes aside, he is not an American :-)

Scottish foreplay? I thought he was mad at her. :P
