He's the youngest ever to win it, right?

Yup - 23 years old and officially the best driver in the world.

What's even better is that the record he broke was Alonso's.

Meh. Let's see him navigate the northern end of the New Jersey Turnpike at about 5:30pm on a Friday in the summer, with three construction areas, in a 1996 Pontiac. Then I'll call him a great driver.
PS don't lump us all together. I'm not a great fan of any auto racing, but I far prefer F1 to NASCAR or Indy - or, as I like to call them, "three-hour-long left-hand turns."

I'd just hook a bungee cord to the wheel, and watch DVDs the whole time.

Yeah, except for the fact the F1 cars have an enormous amount of tiny controls on the wheel. You can't watch and just adjust with the gas, brake, and clutch.

He's talking about NASCAR, I believe.
Hell, you wouldn't even need to be in the car itself. Just put a brick on the accelerator like what they did with the milk float in Father Ted.
