I'd worry if I were that mining company. Pissing off a communist country even Lite Communism (TM) isn't a good idea.

That's true. Remember that bit a year or so back where dogs were poisoned by Chinese food? They executed the head of their food and drug administration for that one (he'd apperantly taken bribes and been waving things through.)
Although for that extra Chinese twist they censored incoming news that their stuff had been poisonous.

I agree with going after this, the Wall should be protected & preserved.
