I'm trying to remember a relatively old (before ENT) Star Trek game. You could control fleets of five species: Feds, Klingons, Romulans, and two others, I think they were the Hydrans and Lyrians. You could modify ships. It was set during the Movie era.
All I need to know is the title and what platforms it was available for.

Starfleet Command. The Origianal. Could also play the Gorn as I recall. The premise was the Orgainians disappeared and everyone went to war. Could lead a small sheet of 3 ships. That the one?
