Lego games are brilliant

There are a lot of Lego games, most notably the LEGO Star Wars series. Now here's the brilliant part about it. The graphics don't have to be high end because legos aren't very detailed, and no voice acting. The most expensive part of the game is probably the licensing itself. The first LEGO Star Wars game was actually a PS2 CD-ROM it had so little data on it(most popular games are PS2 DVD-ROMs). Oh, for those of you who don't know as a general rule, Less Data=Less costs.
I just had to say how brilliant this game is. And it's very popular because it's not just a tie-in game, it's a good tie-in game as far as game play, so it actually makes a ton of cash at minimal costs. Whoever came up with this concept is a genius.

I love LEGO games, mostly because they are good clean fun. And they can run on a computer that is outdated.
They also don't make the mess that LEGOs make... I hate LEGOs (my brother loves them)

I only hated them when I stepped on the triangular-shaped ones.

My son has the six SW LEGO games (in the two PS2 packages) and he loves them. They are pretty cool, he's forever making his own little men.

PS2... Playstation 2? Are we talking about actual physical legos, the little plastic blocks? Or a computer game? I'm REALLY lost, if someone could explain this concept to me it would be appreciated.

LEGO has a Playstation/PC series of games based on the Star Wars movies. We're talking about that and other LEGO video games as well.

Basically, it's a series of games that re-enact SW with Lego characters. It's pretty funny, from what I've seen.

It's a pretty good way to spark your kids interest in SW. They just need a WH40K and Firefly one now.

The movies, sure. It would be hard to put all the series out in games though. How many episodes are there?
I would get behind a TOS LEGO game in a heartbeat though.

I'm on the fence with that one, there isn't much in Neo-BSG to put in a game. It's mostly CIC and drama scenes.
I would like to see LEGO's take on the Raptor,
Galactica and a Baseship though.
