Well, I bought a new iMac. Sweet, sweet machine.
24 inch widescreen, 2.93 GHz core 2 duo processors, 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 640 GB hard drive. And for once, changing to a new machine was soooo easy. You just plug the old one into the new one and run an app, it imported all my documents, pictures, preferences and passwords for every application, you name it. I love Macs!

Yeah thats the one huge advantage of having a Firewire cable. Easy to switch, I just wish they would hurry up and bring out Firewire 3200. Its a sweat machine.

That's actualy happened to me a few times. Which is odd, considering the timezone I'm in.

I bought a house.
So now I've gone from highly financially stable to dancing with bankruptcy.
But I've got a house.

Just close the blinds when you're dancing with bankruptcy so the neighbors don't think funny of you.
Now, seriously, congrats (I think). This should be a good time to
buy a house, given the depressed prices. Once things start to even out, you might expect to see the value go up again.

I have returned! after the most hectic motorway trip ever (Remind me I am never going in Dad's car again), I arrive in Bonny Benfleet to see my grandfather on dads side. Well, no offense intended, but I really dont see him lasting past september. Blind, Deaf, barely able to walk, sometimes unable to string a short sentence together, cant turn his head because his neck gets in pain...The list goes on. And of course I find out that my great uncle craig passed away in the night at 63. No age really. Of all the frail old things in the family, Craig was not one of them. 63, but his body might well have been 40, so strong and able. Not even the slightest ill health. And then, poof. Gone. This makes my first funeral, if mum wishes to go.

75 I believe. but ever since his first wife died in 1982 from cancer (She needed to go, she'd spent the entirety of her life in and out of hospital), he's been a very heavy drinker and smoker.
