Yeah, assuming I've got both the maths and I've read the numbers from the chart right I've reversed engineered:
Picard = 71 deaths
Kirk = 45 deaths
Janeway = 52 deaths
Archer = 55 deaths
(using the DITL crew count)

I'm not sure how valid it is to use percentages in this case, given I'm not sure how much of an effect a larger crew would have on the chances of death. The only thing I can think of is larger amounts of crew dying in single events, and I can't recall whether or not that's the case.
