The most accurate phrase woul dbe to say that they don't care about casualties, but they do care about an inefficient use of resources - because that's all the Jem'Hadar are.

OK, two things -
1 - law-breaking is old hat for me.
2 - I didn't write that. Someone must have hacked my password. I was at my mother's house for dinner. My dog ate my homework. Nobody saw me - and if you did, contact me to arrange compensation in order to make it so you didn't. I know people who do... things. Oh, look - it's Elvis! *slips away*
