That only happened to me once. Hmmm... one time, the image of my face in the mirror started to spiderweb with all these hairline cracks, then shattered and fell into the sink...

Or how about the involuntary 'whoooa' when thrown off balance (on a bus/train) or the obligatory 'oooop' when say for instance, you walk through lift/elevator doors but there's actually someone coming out at the same time
