I feel pretty good, having actually done something that matters.

Nope, not wanted at all. But such is life. It rarely asks you what you what you want, just kinda deals it out.stitch626 wrote:Ouch. Guess it isn't wanted then.

Taking care of a house is pretty much a full time job in of itself. Of course, after living in that dismal apartment for the last six years, I'm perfectly glad to have maintenance to do on the house.Mikey wrote:I think that's on my honeydew list for tomorrow; gutter cleaning and spraying for carpenter bees while I'm at it. Can't see from the ground where they're digging, but it's got to be a difficult spot because all the structural wood in my house is sheathed by aluminum siding. Oh, and powerwashing the house and deck, and then maybe staining the deck, and then 'scaping some of the shrub beds, and spreading some spring fertilizer on the back lawn, and then the liquid anti-skeeter application we use, and then measuring the window screens we're replacing, and then replacing the flood bulbs in the back yard (which are 25' off the ground.) And then in the afternoon taking Zach for a christening outfit.![]()
Thank the Lord I have to work on Wednesday.
