Depends on what police you are dealing with and where. Federal Police are a nasty crew, I was offered a job there but didn't take it on the advice of a few of them that I'm to nice and wouldn't fit in.

I'll keep that in mind if I ever deal with Feds.

I had a Lie detector exam from the FBI before... twice in fact. My second interviewer was kind of mean

I just read this on the WW message board and just had to post it here.
My 5 yo got her first kiss yesterday at daycare. She told on the boy and the teacher got on him. Telling him that there is too be no kissing of touching.
So my daughter added in .... "Yeah, or my daddy will tase you!"
My husband is a deputy, so he was loving this.

I remember when I was in school and a boy kissed me, I hit him with my metal lunch box. When my mom found out why my lunch box was dented, I got in trouble for hitting him.

Now that's just the wrong signal to send to you a young girl. If a boy makes an unwanted advance physical violence is perfectly acceptable. The only thing I'd have said to you is in the future look for an object with a bit more mass.

I was very angry at my mother for a long time. I only hit the boy cause he wouldn't let go of me. IMO he got what he deserved.

Yeah, if he won't let go a girl should beat the living shit out of him and when teachers/parents find out they should congratulate the girl and subject the boy to another round of beating.

Agreed.
Reason I was upset about the FBI being mean is I was a volunteer to test FBI agents learning how to do lie detectors. You'd think they'd be a little nicer to volunteers.
