Deep sea fish that don't come too near our polluted coastlines are generally okay. Unless they eat stuff that comes near the polluted coastlines...
I don't risk it anyway. Especially Tuna.

I was reminded of this girl at work who is a staunch vegitarian and tries to convert people to eat green. She talks about how inhumane chicken farms and what not are. I don't see her and people like her's mentality. I actually get hungry when I see a cow. Isn't that what a healthy person is suppose to do? Cows = food. Chickens = food. People should get hungry when they see one!

I wonder about vegetarians and their diets, I live near a small Seventh Day Adventist town. Hats off to them if they make it work. But I always say today's calf is tomorrow's filet mignon!

And in other news our family O/D on barbecue this week, I fixed baby back ribs one night (wet, dry rub and muddy) and my oldest kid tried 'em and liked it. So guess what we had the next night? It just reminds me that everything is ok.......if done in moderation.

THe thing about humans is we're omnivores, we evolved to eat meat and veggies. That's why vegans need all those supplements, PETA's just deluding themselves. Fortunately while they do it, it provides laughs.

As to mercury, unless you're pregnant a moderate inclusion of fish in your diet won't lead to anything near dangerous levels of mercury. If you eat Lake Superior trout every day for a month, that might be different...

Besides, tuna's super yummy. A nice ahi steak, just rub it with olive oil and basil and grill until it's translucent. :Drool1:

A little equation for you:
(cash) - (brain) = celebrity

Laughs... and being legit terrorists. There's some seriously deranged people in it.

I did love it. There were some words in the way though, and that was the only negative.

Awesome commercial. Hey if I was dating of those girls I'd go veggie. And I wouldn't complain about them because I'd be providing them all the man meat they needed.
