I know what you mean Teaos. I was expecting to see tons of excitement and pyrotechnics. But personally, I admire his composure. I liked McCain's concession speech.

McCains speech was lack luster and monotone. It was the minimum he could do.

Its a concession speech, how joyful do you think he should have been? He bowed out, calm and soft spoken. I liked it.

It seemed heartfelt to me.

So now what?

I'm bored! Make him win again!

Wow. The West Coast vote came in and Obama became U.S. President.

What did I expect from McCain? Him to say sorry for selling out his morals and sucking off the religious right. Say sorry to Obama for towing this election down to the same shit we've had for years. Say sorry for embracing the tactics that destroyed him in 2000 and he swore off. Say sorry for choosing Palin. Say sorry for not being the man he was 8 years ago.

I really hope Palin vanishes. Like, yesterday.

She'll be a senator with in 4 years. The far right love her to much.

Also I hate to say this but she isn't quite as bad as she came off as in this election. She is bad, just not that bad. The McCain campaign grossly misused her.

There are so many differences between Palin and McCain, I still don't understand why he chose her.

Something to mull over - Harris County (my current county) turned blue, as in voted for Obama and overall voted Democrat. The overall state vote was also rather close; I'm glad almost half of Texas voted Obama. :)

Dammit. It looks like Frankin didnt win. Although it is so close (within 1000 votes) that it will have a recount.

Also Alaska stayed with their Republican Senator dispite him being a convict
