Those are awesome. Where'd you find them?

An attempt at how a JJverse Excelsior might look like.
Altough not entirely my thing I must say that I really like the main deflector.
I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite store on the Citadel.

It does fit somewhat with the new styling. I'm interested in what Deep thinks of it.

I think it looks good, obviously a lot more emphasis on aesthetics here. But it does fit the Abramsverse very well. The only bit I dont like is the nacelle pylon's which I think are one of the most memorable things of the Excelsior and one of the things that I think distinguished it.

Actually I like it, gives some meat to a previously spindly part of the ship.

I love that deflector, and I love the way the engines look.

Like mirrored disco balls?
Yeah, I guess that's kinda cool.

Too bad you couldn't see the bridge... there's a whole workstation devoted to the flanger pedals.
I agree with Reliant about the nacelles. The right angles in the pylons were really an integral feature of the Excelsior's look.

I'd prefer to see the orthographic views before we make that call. The viewing angle makes it hard to judge exactly how the nacelles and pylons are arranged.
