Who said anything about coexistence.
Really, this is supposed to replace the Sovereign as the heavy explorer.

I can accept that... I'd really like to see more than some vague cosmetic alterations, though. I can't help but feeli that this smacks of the idea of "change just enough to rationalize calling it my own design."

If you want something truly different (but still nice, depending on taste), I would suggest his Leonidas... only problem being I can't find a single pic of it.
EDIT: Here you go.

I like it because I can see it being a natural progression from the Sovereign. It almost looks like the replacement for the Excalibur Class introduced to BC via the Kobayashi Maru mod.

Well no matter if you like the design or not one can not help but admire the quality of the model, it is quite better than most things the "professionals" at Star Trek Online are crunching out imho.
I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite store on the Citadel.
The game is the most god awful affront to star trek gaming. Its pretty with beautiful effects. But its physics engine is pathetic, the storyline is limp and cold and doesnt fit into the time frame, the SFX dont match the show that well. They did a good job of designing there own ships though.

But the UUM team did a better job, especially with the ENT era ships.
There is not a problem in this world that can't be solved without the proper application of a sufficient number of thermonuclear ordnance.
I got pissed that you could only take FOUR ships. Thats so stupid. That means no matter what, once you've built up your forces, EVERYONE will have the exact same ships. Otherwise, they'll auto lose. Except the Klingons. The Negh'var was east to take out with the Defiant if you just moved up behind them and fired away.
