And finally, a scene from on of the best scenes from The Muppet Show (even as a young child, I loved me some Alice Cooper -)

yes, that DID actually air on a primetime children's show. The FCC wasn't always like they are now.
How could you miss out Poison?
Kendall had already posted a link to "Poison."

Well, we can make exceptions for you, as you're probably the youngest on the site.

Blackstar, on the other hand......

What ARE they teaching in the shools these days? I mean, these kids may know pointless crap like mathematics and literature... but to not know Alice Cooper is a real shame.

And...? Alice Cooper has a nationally syndicated radio show. I'm "only" 35, but I've heard of Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Gustav Mahler, etc.

You know, I can't even begin to describe how incongruous an "LOL" emotican looks right next to the seal of the Adeptus Mechanicus.

Okay, Sinatra I've heard of but that's it.

You're only hurting yourself, Blackstar. What I mean by that is that you are missing out on some really wonderful art by simply ignoring anything that isn't current.

If I only went to see Lichtensteins and Johns, I would never have discovered J. M. W. Turner - who is now my favorite painter and one of the greats of all time, as well as single-handedly being the founder of the Impressionist movement.
