While I've usually made it a point to subtly degrade as many emo students as possible, for the sake of this thread, lets just say IDIC =)

Oh, and I intend to take the best emo musicians from bands around the country, forming the Emo supergroup "The Great Depression"

The man.

A popular song of his.

I must be getting old, he was a big deal when I was a kid and teen.

You seriously didn't know who Alice Cooper is?! O... M... G.

One of his most popular songs:

Another:

another:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vT0hhol1 ... re=related

And finally, a scene from on of the best scenes from The Muppet Show (even as a young child, I loved me some Alice Cooper -)

yes, that DID actually air on a primetime children's show. The FCC wasn't always like they are now.

I understand if you weren't around at the height of his popularity, but didn't you ever see Wayne's World?

I was referring to the Michael Meyers movie which was based on his SNL sketches of the same name. Alice Cooper was in it.

I think you're thinking of the Howie Mandel vehicle "Bobby's World."

And one of the few decent SNL movies, too.

He was pretty good in it, albeit only one scene.
