On another note, why is it that every thread we have where someone kills/hurts themselves through incredible stupidity devolves into a contest to see who can make the worst puns?

I heard he was also charged with setting off illegal fireworks.

These guy is only in the hospital. It was another case in Texas where the guy died. I guess great ideas just catch on in some places.
