Ah! So that's how we do it! We're more trouble than it's worth to go after, so they leave us alone. After all, it's less damaging to society to let us go free than to replace an entire police force, FBI, CIA, DIA, NSA, Secret Service, and all of their international counterparts, driven to madness!
