Actualy, that would make sense. Surely our new ship has a detatchment of Redshirts on board, right?

OK, men, you have some choices:

Die in battle, and you'll be forgiven of your crimes.

Don't die in battle, and you get to try again in the next battle.

Any questions?

We do have a squad or so sitting in the brig, freezing their butts off in the dark, they might prefer a chance to die gloriously for the Emperor.

Rochey, you missed a part for the attack. Remember there is also a Ring Platform on the base. The infiltration team is going to have to have enough numbers to engage the few guards inside and defend the Ring Platform.

Seriously, Roland by himself, could wipe out 12 un-helmeted Jaffa every 15 seconds or so if he has ammo. A .45 round to the face would kill a Jaffa every time, and he'd hit one with every shot; their tactics and capabilities are pretty appalling for the most part.

I really need to write up a bio for him. :(

Iceman could probably hold the thing for a while too...just create Walls of Ice arround the thing and check back periodicly taking out any Jeffa trying to chip their way through and reinforce the wall.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Iceman should stick with the main group to protect them on their way.

Roland and Dothude could hold the Ring Platform. Dothude quietly kill the bulk of them, any that make it past would get a third eye.

That's a good idea. I'm sure the others can count heads, and figure out what, if any, traps they have placed.

Two words - long rifle. A Ranger Long Rifle is as quiet as nothing, and could take out wall defenders from before we'd even be in visual range. ROF won't be great, so Roland and Dothude would definitely have some work to do - but officers/squad leaders could be taken out before we even got close.

Maybe we should have Rhinox stick with Huron. He's gotta have subspace stroage for his chain guns and ammo. He could keep Huron supplied and do on-the-spot repairs.

Don't worry about my repairs. Once Huron-Fel is fixed up, there's nothing on the surface that can hurt him. As to ammo, I hope we don't end up fighting down there for that long. All the infiltration teams need to do is hold the Ring Platform and find whatever shindig stuff Q wants.

We need a crapload of naquadah. it's not something you can just beam aboard, methinks.

How many Jaffa are there? A battalion?

At the top end, that's 1,500 of 'em. Roland can kill about 300 of them himself, so... I figure we could handle the base.

How many Minbari does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.
