(2 drools up). My Uncle Larry is full-blooded Cajun and has that cool French-Creole accent. "Ah gahrowhntee!" He and my aunt Virginia took my mom and me down there in '96 and I just fell in love with the town. The history, the buildings, the jambalaya, the shrimp gumbo, the crawfish fry, the fried gator tail...mmmm, cajun cooking!
